The Ark (ages 0 - 30 months)
Sundays at 10am
We have updated our nursery area to include both a Baby Room and Toddler Room. Each room is staffed with loving volunteers who have completed a police check and the PTP program. When you drop off your child, you will be given a call number so that we can notify you if your child needs you. Our Baby Room is also equipped with a one-way window so that you can check on your baby without being seen.
Grassroots Preschool (30 months - Preschool)

This unique “hands on learning” classroom focuses on helping preschoolers learn who Jesus is and what He has done for us. Each morning, preschoolers will learn foundational Biblical Truths, as Cuddles the Puppet guides them through sensory learning (using all 5 of our senses!) Join us for an exciting morning of silly games, engaging stories, creative crafts, sing-a-longs and play time- we can’t wait to meet you!
Kinder Kids (JK-SK)

This special classroom, designed for children in JK and SK, began in September 2007. As we walk through the Bible together, children will discover how God’s story has unfolded. Each Sunday morning is filled with special activity stations including Bible time, yummy snacks, creative crafts and playtime. Each child will participate in our Buddy System, which encourages children to take responsibility for each other – by helping in the classroom, and by making each other feel welcome, loved and important!
Adventure Zone (grades 1-4)

Adventure Zone is the place to be for kids! Throughout the next year, children will begin to discover how they fit into God’s story! Our mornings start with an open session that includes worship, creative Bible stories and Games! Then we will break off into Small Groups, where children are able to hang out with others in their grade, build crafts, eat a great snack and have a lot of fun!
Club 56 (grades 5 & 6)

Each week we meet in the Clubhouse where we join our friends and teachers as we discover who God is and who we are! We also build some cool crafts, enjoy a snack, and talk about real life issues that affect us! What does the Bible have to say about our life today? That’s what we are about to find out!
Sunday Night at the Movies
Sundays Evenings from 6pm-8pm
Once a month we have a party! Before we enter the theatre to watch the movie, we play games and build a cool craft. And of course...there is always popcorn and a really yummy snack! (Call the church office for more details)
Mom-n-Me (Moms and young children)
Tuesdays from 9:30am to 11am
This Tuesday morning playgroup is a great opportunity to meet with other moms while your children enjoy playing with others in our fully equipped children’s area.
Little Oaks Summer Day Camp
Monday-Friday/ 9am-4:30pm (extended hours available)
Little Oaks Summer Day Camp offers an unforgettable summer experience where campers are able to make new friends, embark on new adventures and have lots of fun! Little Oaks staff are carefully selected, trained and supervised to offer campers the best experience possible. Camp days are filled with age-appropriate camp activities such as Sports, Drama, Music, Crafts, Recreation and more! Every week of camp has a new theme, exciting workshops to choose from, and a special Day Trip to places such as African Lion Safari, CN Tower and Canada’s Wonderland. We invite you to come join us for an exciting summer!

Here at Evangel, Children’s Ministries is an exciting place to be. Our programs are packed with fun adventures in acting, singing, crafts and games! It’s a great place for children to meet with friends, make some new ones, and learn about God and how much He loves them! Each of our volunteers is screened in accordance with our “Plan to Protect” procedures, and are required to complete a Criminal Background Check.
